Known for his hands-on approach, Derek combines strategic account management with operational excellence. He partners closely with PulseLearning’s key clients to deliver exceptional project outcomes that focus on behavior change, ROI, and client satisfaction.

Outside of work, he enjoys life on his family farm in County Limerick (Ireland), relishing the great outdoors, coaching youth sports, and spending time with his wife, three children, and their pet labrador.
